First of all, the lack of activity on the blog thankfully does not mean that it is quiet around here, quite the opposite! I've had an amazing summer of awesome sessions and beautiful weddings that I am dying to share. Unfortunately it turns out though that growing a little one inside of me means that sleep usually wins out over blog time more often than it should :(
So enough excuses and on to the good stuff since this fabulous couple have been waiting too long for their sneak peek! After their engagement shoot in December, I knew that this couple would be up for anything and so I was really looking forward to their big day. Let me assure you that it did not disappoint, with a meticulous attention to detail and an awesome bridal party, Mary-Jane and Kurt pulled off an all around amazing day.. from across the country I might add!
I LOVE this shot of Mary-Jane observing the last minute preparations before she puts on her dress.. stunning!
So turns out that MJ is a girl after my own heart, I realized this when we arrived at the family homestead for photos.. barns, the ocean, fields and amazing light...I could have shot there all afternoon!
I love me some golden sunflare.. swoon :)
Since Kurt is a pilot, flying was the theme of the night. Here is a successful shot at getting the newlyweds to kiss!
Welcome to the clan Kurt!
I just love the look on Kurt's face in this one... a bit proud maybe?
Mary-Jane and Kurt - Thank you so much for having me a part of your beautiful day! You are truly a beautiful couple in every way and I wish you much happiness in the years to come :)
